Our "small group" training service is designed to address particular fitness and health concerns and help solve existing problems. To ensure that your group gets the quality service it desires, the program offers the following:

  1. Personalized service to each member.
  2. Home, health club or office sessions.
  3. Early morning, evening and weekend sessions.
  4. Client-trainer telephone connection.
  5. Trainers who are courteous, knowledgeable, highly trained and certified.
  6. Sessions that are reasonably priced.
  7. Credit card payment; for your convenience.

HOW THE PROGRAM WILL HELP YOUR GROUP

To accomplish the overall goal of the group, the program will assist each member in reaching his/her desired goal. It is the accomplishment of each member that will help ensure the success of the group.

Listed below are some of the ways the program will help ensure your group's success:

  1. It will ascertain and evaluate existing problems and concern.
  2. It will determine the most appropriate plan of action.
  3. It will establish an individualized remedial program for each member.
  4. It will provide charts, plans, kits and/or other materials if required.
  5. It will work with members directly (face-to-face)
  6. It will enable group members to contact their trainer should the need arise
  7. It will provide limited support; up to 21 days after the program ends.
